Expressions of Interest (EOI)
We aim to support capital building projects where there is strong community involvement, or where the project has regional significance.
It is important to contact Grants Advisor Kimberly Rees to discuss your proposal before submitting an EOI. Kimberly will be able to advise you on the Trust’s policies and give you clear advice on funding priorities.
The EOI must be submitted by 1 March each year, along with a one-page project description, which should include a concept drawing (if appropriate) . We will contact you to confirm the EOI has been received.
EOI formYou can fill in the form electronically and email it to us, print and post it, or hand write your answers.
The EOI will be used to give the Trust a preliminary idea of the project, so a high level of detail is not required at this stage.
Please answer all questions in the spaces provided – do not say “see attachment”. Trustees will use the EOI form (rather than supplemental information applicants may include) to assess whether this project aligns with the Trust’s overall strategic objectives.
Along with the completed EOI form, please submit a brief, one-page project description and outline. This should include a concept drawing (if appropriate), or something that will identity the project.
The Trust will not be able to fund, or even partially fund, all proposals received, so the EOI forms will be used to assess and prioritise projects.
Our Trustees will assess all EOI in March each year and in May or June applicants will be told whether they have been invited to move on to stage two and submit further documentation.
