Minor Building Projects  

The Trust will consider funding minor building projects for social service organisations, up to a maximum of $50,000

Funding will be considered for costs relating to:

• Building maintenance and upgrades relating to health and safety issues
• Building modifications

Requests for funding will be assessed against the following criteria:

• Fit with the Trust's strategic objectives and priorities
• Evidence that the project will enhance the organisation’s capacity to deliver services/programmes
• Evidence that the project will enhance and enable collaboration through sharing of resources and/or community space
• Organisation must own the facility, or hold a long-term lease
• Funding can only be applied for every three years.
