Community Health
CLOSING DATES - February 1 and July 1
The Trust will consider general funding for community organisations which work in the areas of health promotion and prevention.
Grants will be considered for up to 10% of an organisation's annual expenses, based on your last annual accounts, up to a maximum of $50,000. This can be used for:

Operating costs

Office furniture and equipment

IT equipment and upgrades

Resources
The assessment of applications will take the following criteria into consideration:

Fit with the Trust’s strategic objective - community organisations that work in the area of health promotion and prevention.

Organisational capacity - organisation that can deliver ongoing programmes and services.
Priority will be given to organisations that demonstrate:

Collaboration - organisations that are working with others to improve health outcomes through health promotion and prevention.

A commitment to reducing disparity - organisations which are working with communities to improve access to health care services with the aim of improving health outcomes and reducing health disparities.
