Funding over $500,000
Sector closing dates apply for all applications. Click HERE for more details.
If your organisation intends to request over $500,000, a proposal should be submitted before an application.
Auckland Museum, with grants totaling $18 million, is the Trust’s largest grant recipient. This process allows our staff to discuss your project in more detail with you and review its eligibility. Then, if appropriate, staff can guide you to the relevant sector closing date.
Your proposal should explain:
- what the project is
- other funds confirmed for the project (all building projects over $50,000 must have first raised at least 50% of the cost, excluding borrowing). This criteria does not automatically secure funding from us - you will still need to go through the application process.
- who are the other key stakeholders involved in the project.
Please all proposals to us and they will be forwarded to the appropriate Grants Advisor.
