Minor building projects  

The Trust can fund minor building projects, up to a maximum of $50,000, for community arts organisations which aim to improve access, engagement and experience in the arts.

The Trust will consider funding minor building projects, up to a maximum of $50,000, for community arts organisations which aim to improve access, engagement and experience in the arts.

Grants will be considered for costs relating to:

• Building maintenance and upgrades
• Building modifications relating to health & safety issues

Organisations may only submit a minor building project application once every three years.

Funding priority will be given to applications that show:

• Evidence that the project will assist communities to access, engage with and experience the arts
• Evidence that the need for the project has been clearly identified
• Strong arts outcomes

Organisations must own, or have long term tenure, for the building or land.
